We provide assistance to clients with respect to public procurements both on the side of a contracting authority and a tenderer. We help contracting authorities to choose a proper procurement procedure, to draw up procurement documentation, to assess tenders, and we counsel contracting authorities upon conclusion of procurement contracts. We counsel tenderers when assessing procurement documentation, assist in drawing up of tenders conforming to procurement documentation, counsel upon conclusion of procurement contracts and their subsequent performance. We represent clients in disputes related to public procurements in Public Procurement Review Committee and in court.
